Originally from Nepal and now based in Barrie, Ontario, Canada I bring an international perspective to my work, along with a strong commitment to continuous learning, adaptability, and professional growth. Systems Coordinator at the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit (SMDHU), supporting enterprise systems, user training, project coordination, Avaya phone administration, and technical documentation. I focus on enhancing system reliability, optimizing workflows, and strengthening overall technology operations. Previously, as an IT System Assistant with the Ministry of the Solicitor General, I contributed to cybersecurity initiatives, system integration projects, feasibility studies, cost‑benefit analyses, business cases, and UAT. My earlier experience at Hatch Ltd. includes IT asset management, onboarding support, and security compliance. I hold two postgraduate certificates one in Big Data Analytics and another in Cybersecurity enabling me to bridge data-driven insights with secure and scalable IT solutions. I am also dedicated to giving back to the community through local volunteer work.
